• Orders are dispatched within 24 working hours. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the next week day.

• There is a £3.99 charge for all orders below £50.

• Free delivery on all orders over £50.

Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you love your jewellery, but in case you change your mind about your purchase, or if you are not dissatisfied with a product, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your purchase for a refund. Make sure you obtain a proof of postage. Returns sent by post are at your own cost.

Any item being returned must be unused, in its original condition and have all tags attached. If you use the item you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on jewellery to be worn in a piercing.
